The general terms and conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to everyone online shop of CODE42 GmbH (hereinafter “oneGee”) and are subject to Swiss law. The purchase contract is concluded with CODE42 GmbH. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Baden (Switzerland). The use of the oneGee website, including the search or submission of an order, is intended exclusively for adults. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. All products sold by oneGee are for personal use only. Code42 GmbH reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The current version of GTC is valid at the time of order.

You can indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and the same condition that you received it. We are not liable for any items that are lost or damaged due to your action. We reserve the right to reject the return and shall not give any compensation for returned products that do not comply with these conditions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method. All products should be returned to: CODE42 GmbH, Bruggerstrasse 37, Gebaude F, 2.Stock, 5400 Baden, Switzerland. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (DDP – Delivery Duty Paid) and should consider purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service. The recipient pays the return shipping costs even if he refuses the acceptance. For rejected shipments we charge an additional fee of USD 50

We deliver free of shipping costs to addresses in Switzerland. All our parcels are shipped with a tracking system and can be tracked online. Packaging is completely discreet and unbranded. We accept shipping to other countries, but freight costs, customs clearance and value-added tax may be charged additionally when shipping outside of Switzerland.

Customs duties and import VAT are taxes that are charged by customs in your destination country. When our products are transported across international borders to get to you, they may be subject to a customs duty – this is a normal procedure and standard for international businesses like ours. The calculation of these taxes always depends on the type of product, the value and weight of the package, and DHL will always send an invoice for the duties and taxes that they have to pay on the customer’s behalf.

All products on our website are legal in Switzerland. We cannot give any information about the legal status of products in countries outside of Switzerland. By purchasing goods from this website, you accept responsibility for compliance with local laws and customs regulations.
